Refund & Cancellation Policy — NextStep Academy

NextStep Academy aims to provide high-quality educational services.
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.


1. Course Refunds

If we offer paid courses in the future:

  • Refunds will be considered within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds will not be given if more than 25% of the course is completed
  • Refunds will not be given for downloaded materials

(These rules can be updated later based on your business model.)


2. Mentorship Program Refunds

If mentorship becomes paid:

  • Refunds are available before the first session
  • No refunds after the mentorship begins

3. Session Cancellation

Students can cancel sessions with 24 hours notice.


4. Academy Cancellations

If we cancel:

  • A full refund is issued
  • Or the student can reschedule
